Radiograph and Ultrasound Viewing Instructions

For the best results viewing images it is recommended that a newer computer with more memory and RAM and updated Java be used.

1. Inset provided CD into computer. 
2. Most computers will automatically boot the IDEXX Digital Software.  Click no the red button labeled Select All and then click on the red button labeled Open Images.
3. If your computer does not automatically boot the IDEXX Digital software, click My computer, then right click on the CD drive (IDEXX-PACS Patient CD) and choose Open Autoplay. 
4. If you are unable to open or view the images, contact IDEXX Technical Support at 1-877-433-9948.
